Another Change for Zoe

I feel that Zoe is in a decent spot as of now, but I think there's several things that could be done to improve her gameplay.

  1. Unless you intentionally wanted to hit her waveclear with the change in 8.5, I think Paddle Star should at least do full splash damage to minions. Right now, it feels terrible to try to waveclear as Zoe, considering it requires about 3-4 Paddle Stars in total to clear a single wave
  2. Reverting the change done to her Q in patch 8.1: "Now does not register Zoe's new position (for purposes of Q range) until she has fully emerged from R - Portal Jump." It just feels awkward as someone who has played Zoe before this change, and it would add back some fluidity to her kit while not really increasing her overall power.
  3. I think reverting the change done to her E in 8.4, where the CDR upon a champion falling asleep was removed, and instead keep it but increase the base cooldown of Zoe's E. This would stop her from freely throwing her E out due to it's fairly short cooldown and massive range, and reward her for actually landing her E.

I don't feel like she's in a decent spot at all. Her paddlestar has a CD, has to be aimed and can be dodged and hits less than like 2 adc autos. She has garbage wave clear and her r is often a death sentence and everything in her kit is super telegraphed.

She needs to be back to 8.3 levels. She was fine then after the 2 or 3 patches of nerfs she got.

The CD refresh on her E being removed was good IMO. It gives her a more defined weakness.

I think she is fine the way she is. The current issues with the game makes it feel like she is weaker than she actually is, namely bot lane. Performance wise she is performing about about average. 48% WR for her skill level is good though.

edit: actually at 50% WR thats really good.
