I mean I get the context they're trying to say (high risk-high reward), but if he's a healthy assassin, what other roles have healthy champions? Mages, Marksmen, Fighters, Tanks, and Support champions.

Zed is considered a healthy assassin because he dives one person, and unless crazy fed, blows all his cooldowns to frag that one person. His burst is highly predictable due to the death mark, and offers considerable counterplay (CCing him lowers the amount of damage amplified, damage is delayed to allow for shielding/healing, items exist to counter his burst, etc). Compare that to someone like Katarina who is loaded down with resets, or Akali who doesn't need to blow everything to secure a kill (and also has resets).

Velkoz ? he has pretty significant damage output and range, but if you jump on him he dies fast. his entire kit is skillshots. he has no mobility, but 2 possible "defensive" abilities (slow and knockback)
