The number of games it takes to get punished depends on how often you do it. If you're leaving every third game, it'll only take like three leaves before you get punished. If you're only leaving 1 in every 20 games, you may not be punished at all. Low priority queue lasts for I think 5 games but it has to be 5 games in a row in which you don't disconnect for more than a certain amount of time. In low priority, when you press the join queue button, you will be given a 20 minute countdown which you must wait out before actually being placed in the queue. After that 20 minute timer, queue times are about 2x the normal queue length and you're much more likely to have someone dodge in champ select. As long as the person who dodges is not in your party, you don't have to sit through the full 20 minutes again, just another normal queue time.
