Does Ezreal really need a visual and sound update?

I'm in full support of having Ezreal's abilities changed a bit, but I don't think we really need to change his appearance or his voice lines. Now he just sounds like an annoying spoiled rich kid and looks like a disney character. Why not just change his abilities and leave it at that? Isn't that the most important part of a rework in the first place to change their KIT not their overall appearance, especially when it isn't needed?

As I said I'm supportive of the changes to his W and his icons being changed, but please don't change the champion's aesthetics, at that point it wouldn't even feel like I'm playing Ezreal anymore.
