Severe Client Issues

The amount of bugs and problems I've had as of late with the client has reached an all time high. Last month, I uninstalled the game for about a month because I wanted to take a break from the game. And about two weeks ago, I reinstalled the game and resumed playing it as I always had.

But I noticed after reinstalling it there were some very problematic and quite irritating bugs that had arisen. One being, when I enter the loading screen for a game, everyone is stuck at 0% for a long period of time before finally beginning to load. This sometimes results in me having to restart my client multiple times and reconnecting.

On top of this, there's constant client crashes after a game ends. And for some reason after I log into league in the morning, despite never playing the game in windowed mode before, its automatically put into windowed mode when I always keep it on borderless, forcing me to go into the settings and change it every single time I reopen the client.

Today I initiated a full repair on the client, and uninstalled the game and reinstalled it. Is there anything else I should do to fix these problems, or have I done everything I can?
