There Should be an Option for Players to Enable the old Summoner's Rift

So today I got on League, and I noticed that the cursor was different, which I was aware was going to happen. However I looked into settings and noticed that there was a "Legacy cursor" option available for anyone who wants to use the old cursor. The same option is available for music, players are given the choice to use the newer updated music or the older music.

So the question stands, why can't we have the option to have the old Rift on or off? The argument here is that it could impact game play now since there would be two different types of the rift in use. But still, if players want to use the old Rift, they should be allowed to do so if they wish to, even if it would impact game play. For me personally I wouldn't think it would impact game play too much at all, and if it does, then players can easily turn it off if it becomes bothersome. This is exactly like the Blood Moon map and Snow map we had last year, where players had an option to turn it on or off. The only difference is the map is the old Rift.

The reason that I think this change should be added to the game is because of the same reasons the other two are in the game. Nostalgic purposes/personal preference. I even tweeted at Greg Street, AKA Ghostcrawler, the Design Director at Riot, about a potential game mode featuring the old Rift with the old items, but with all the champions in their updated states. I screenshotted his reply, as you can see above. He said this would be unlikely, due to the fact that those items are now completely gone, and they would need to all be rebuilt. But he also said the map wouldn't be as difficult to recreate, I mean it's already basically halfway done for you, with the new map.

So not only would this not be difficult to do (according to Greg) but it would also help the players feel like they have more options about the map they're playing on, and it shouldn't only be limited to alternate maps such as Blood Moon and Snow map. Also, the old Rift doesn't necessarily need to also come with the old minions and monsters, etc. But the overall look of the map should remain intact.
