Lethal Tempo should be moved to the Inspiration tree

I posted about this before, but it went under the radar. I think now that runes were separated from stats, lethal tempo there's no reason for lethal tempo to be in precision. The theme for inspiration is rule-breaking and lethal tempo does just that. Also it opens up new rune possibilities for some adcs like:

  • Stopwatch & Magical Footwear works on all ADCs
  • Future's market caters to snowbally adcs Draven Lucian
  • Biscuit delivery is great for scaling adcs Jinx Sivir Ezreal
  • The last row is a bit iffy but I can see approach velocity being useful for helping your team or support, timewarp tonic is good with biscuits and might open up a corruption pot start, and cosmic inisght is just a nice convenience.

It does not even make any sense. The inspiration tree should literally contain 0 damage in it. The way players use the I-tree should be to creative with it, it can offer damage indirectly (e.g. sticking power for melee fighters/ prepping for skillshots for ranged mages with Glacial Augment, getting ahead via items with Kleptomancy, etc...) but straight up raw offensive power is not what this tree should be about. LT fits precision perfectly and should stay there. If anything, Phase Rush might fit better in the Inspiration tree than it does in Sorcery.

As good as this sounds, not really a fan of having every adc able to stopwatch my jump as rengar. Then again, that's personal bias. And you would need to maybe add another rune to precision?

Approach Velocity would literally be OP on Kayle, who already runs Lethal Tempo.
