xp mechanics

with the new change to xp, something is very wrong with how ahead someone is. I just got out of a game , where my jungle shaco sold his jungle item (pretty early) which means, no bonus xp from jungle monsters. and the enemy jungler was a graves, who dominated him pretty hard- twice his farm and he got pretty ahead..for the majority of the game, he was only 1 level behind..he was very briefly 3 levels down for 1-2 min..but that's all.

Seems a bit strange, since shaco got destroyed in the jungle, sold his jungle item, and he was only 1 level behind.

i don't like this change as a jungle main:|
