Talon buff idea
I suggest letting his W refund mana and maybe reduce the cooldown of the spell if it hits a champion. IMO this guy could use a buff to his laning which feels so bad right with his mana costs, Thoughts? Or other ideas?

Oakleaf Ranger1 votesWell I mainly used w in lane and q for farming under tower which happened a lot. Making his w refund mana for hitting a champion would allow him to poke more freely without running out mana quickly. Also prevents abuse for easy wave clear. I'm not sure about it reducing cool down since I don't play him enough to justify if he needs it or not.
