So Illaoi is immune to disables during the leap portion of her ult

Why isn't J4?

As if his ult couldn't get any worse in League of Mobility, Vayne can just E him while he's leaping and his ult will go on cooldown without doing anything. Alistar can W him away, Thresh can Flay him out of it, Jayce can E him back, etc. etc. Why are newer champions given special treatment while Riot refuses to update older champions to match current standards?

He is immune to them...?

ACTIVE: Jarvan IV leaps to an enemy champion, becoming immune to crowd control during the duration and dealing physical damage to nearby enemies upon arrival.

Additional Information:

Cataclysm will not deal damage, generate terrain, or refund its cooldown if Jarvan IV is killed mid-leap.

And 95% of the champions in this game can get out of J4's ult. Your point?

95% would be 130 total champions out of 137 that can, and I can already list over 7 that aren't able to. We're just in a mobile meta right now so it makes you less aware of champions that aren't able to dash over it.

I bet this isn't all of them, but you get the point. Its also very unlikely that as Jarvan you're going to be facing teams with 5 champions that have an ability to dash out of your ult.

Most of those actually CAN get out of his ult. Wu can use his E to dash over the walls to a minion or other champion, same with Yasuo and his E. Thresh can Q to a target and reactivate it to pull him out of the ult. Ryze can use his ult to teleport away. Rengar can leap out of it (if he's in a bush), Quinn can land outside the AOE with Vault if she's good. Poppy can E someone outside the walls to dash over them. Pantheon can W to someone outside the wall to get over it. Leona can E over the wall to a different target. Ivern can Q himself over the wall similar to Thresh. Braum can W to a friendly target outside the AOE. And lastly, Fiddlesticks can ult himself over the wall (not recommended of course, but it's possible. Coincidentally, you forgot to mention Vayne who, while being unable to escape the ult itself, can simply press E on J4 to stun him against his own wall, or E him away as he's leaping.

12 Champs of 51 Champs isnt most.

This is a minority, by far.
