Not like it matters because with %hp damage and the oversaturation of Armor Pen. the game has he might as well be doing True Damage.

Get jarvan and Wukong and your entire team gets free Armor Pen. Give WU a black cleaver and you have 50+% Armor pen. Might as well add a yasuo to that as you have insane knock ups and he will give himself pen. Hell if you did this and everyone bought a last whisper you would almost have true damage.
