Joining late.

Sometimes when your toaster is shitty or your internet is, you join late, which is fine as their is 2 years for you to pick, but you cant see who called what, which means if someone calls a role which you want, and you dont see it, you have a chat war, and then either they dodge or have a bad game, so allow people who joins late to see previous chat records. for ex: once a salty braum stole my support and started flaming me.
