Positivity only encourages others to honor you. abide that said, you should try your best to be a decent human being. but not being positive will not get you a ban, its being negative/toxic/flamethrower.

Riot uses a chat filter. Triggering the filter will increase your chance of getting banned.
You can say nothing. Won't increase your chance of getting banned. You can say positives. Will increase your chance of getting banned. You can say negatives. Will greatly increase your chance of getting banned.
