People always catch on to my offmeta after about a year :( My Nocturne top, is now a thing. Now i need to find something new to play booooooo
Yi top with avarice blade used to be beyond broken and so off meta , it's never even been a popular thing.
I did it in s3 or early s4 I think. Youd go full gold per 10 runes and then greed and the gold income per 10 mastery , dont remember what it was called now.
Youd max Q and farm entire waves with your avarice item , under your own tower if necessary.
Anyway , youd start building such a ridiculous gold lead and avarice also built into statik shiv so it was so gold efficient youd essentially come back to lane with a shiv , zeal and beserkers before the enemy laner had even 1 item complete.
Youd kill them and snowball hard , most of your matches would look like 15/0/6 or 22/2/7
