only thing that is kinda RNG is how its pretty much a 50:50 whether youre hitting the real neeko or her W clone if she walks in a straight line

Dude, if you count Plants as RNG then you missed a lot of examples of RNG in this game.
All of these are every bit as random as Plants. All of them respawn "randomly" in "random" locations.
