AFAIK, Masteries aren't getting an overhaul for Season 5.

When they did the masteries overhaul in Season 4, it was done in the preseason... we're not getting one.

I really hope you guys are wrong here. Many of the masteries right now are so broken and benign. I really hate vampirism being in the utility tree, plus the useless Expanded Mind and Inspiration are a waste of good opportunity.

Honestly if they increased the masteries so that you can have an additional tier or two in the second group (say, raise the mastery points to 35 or 40) it would make masteries a lot more interesting.

Riot already confirmed, no changes planned for masteries or runes in season 5.
