Removed. Did people struggle to win or lose games because of item 3083 during this short period of time where it wasn't there ? Did Soraka become irrelevant because wasn't there ? Did tank comps become useless against poke comp because wasn't there ? No. If you can't dodge skillshots and never try to engage, you shouldn't deserve to just ignore poke from the enemy team
