The point is all those champions have received nerfs or reworks because they mess with Riot's view of how the game should be played (LC$BIGPLAY$). Not if they are fine or not.
Like Heimerdinger, whose turrets gave Zed some problems but almost every ranged midlaner could spam /l at Heimerdinger.
Suddendly, nerfed several times.
