Scarizard about Karma: ''In an ecosystem where scaling supports are all the rage,''

supports

No wonder the Karma rework failed when it was Scarizard, aka someone who doesn't understand anything about the champion itself, doing it.

... Karma’s relative underperformance is a worrying trend. While Lulu and Lux transition strong gold leads to significant team utility, Karma’s unable to generate similar value, even when given her whole team’s resources. Her ‘strong early, weak late’ curve indicates Karma’s supportive scaling isn’t where it needs to be to merit consideration, so we’re adding some Sae to really make her Eleisa Tera Vi (yes, that’s a mantra joke).

Nah, your rework failed, that is why karma underperforms. She has no identity and no reason to be picked over other supports, junglers, midlaners or toplaners. **You reduced a frontline mage to a poke Lulux clone. **

@Riot please dont pidgeonhole Karma into a support role. And she needs real changes, not powerbuffs that will be either powercreeped in 3 months or make her an overbuffed pick/ban.

Because right now Karma is the most buffed champion in the history of LoL, and she will still underperfoms because her kit is shit and was made by someone that didnt understand that Karma was closer in role to Malzahar/Swain that to Lux/Lulu.

Her main role is mage idk why they're forcing support on her

I like this Karma a lot, she has burst, A long root and now a big shield (1400 shield with R+E)

Her kit really is better suited for the support role to be honest.

She has a powerful on-demand team shield and speed boost that's hugely useful for team fighting. Pros are already picking Karma just for that Mantra-E so I don't even understand why Riot is buffing it more.

I still won't Mantra E. Mantra Q creates a bigger health difference between me and the enemy than Mantra E does, and performs the same role as the shield speed buff by slowing the enemies hit. Unless you literally dumpster Mantra Q, I'll continue to almost never Mantra W or E.
