Did Deaths Dance replace BORK for some champions or is there synergy between the two?

item 3812 (>, =, <) item 3153?

Deaths Dance: 12% flat life steal, and a passive that slows down damage so you can survive burst + 65 AD and 10% CDR.

Blade of the Ruined King: 10% life steal, 40% attack speed, +25 AD, small percent health damage (6%) and a panic button that heals your for a minimum of 100 HP.

So are some champions supposed to get BORK and others DD or are you supposed to get both as a anti-burst care package?

BotRK is either a first item or a don't-get-it-at-all.

Most marksmen need crit and neither of those items give crit. Bloodthirster gives more Lifesteal and more AD than either of those items.

But you didn't answer my question is BORK or DD better. I'm asking for champians like Kindred and Vyn that get BORK as there first big pickup. Should they stick with BORK or just get hurricane and DD.

they probably still want BoRK because Kindred, Vayne, and Kalista scale better with attack speed than AD.

Vayne wants BoRK foremost, Hurricane is a terrible item since it'd only apply BoRK's passive, not silver bolts. Kalista wants BoRK first, Hurricane is probably still a good second item on her due to applying spears to targets. Kindred depends on where she's going, but her passive screams "better with attack speed" and her low AD wants on hit effects.

If they were to fit death's dance on their build, it would probably replace bloodthirster (if they build it)

Kindred wants a BotRK after her jungle item or instead of finishing her jungle item because it's basically giving her free passive stacks, she scales well with the ASPD, and the active is useful because of her lower AA range.

Vayne I think is seeing more success by rushing Statikk Shiv these days because the passive damage is overtuned currently and it gives a good amount of crit and ASPD + she stacks it quickly with low CD of tumble.

Hurricane is worse this patch because it now only selects targets in your AA range; prior, it would select targets in a small area around whoever you were auto-attacking. This means it is harder to get it to hit multiple enemy champions unless you have incredibly long range or are standing in the middle of their team.

Death's Dance is actually pretty bad from my testing. If you get hit at all as an ADC, 12% extra EHP alone will not save you. PD's 12% damage reduction will because it's tied to MUCH higher DPS and most importantly, a flat 12% MS boost.
