Ok, so you give a character who is a tank, health regen when he gets below a certain number, does more damage when he uses his bite so even if it was a equal 1v1, he just took 500 of your health in a single move, a rapid health regen ult, and loads more bs and hes balanced? are people not complaining about this?
When I was Bronze I thought Volibear was broken aswell.
Lemme guess, someone underestimated his early damage and died. Then someone else disrespected a now 1/0 Voli, and died. And by the time your team took the bear seriously he was already too fed to deal with?
Because thats how this "Voli is so OP" story usually goes.
They mistake a Juggernaut for a Tank and get served.
He's overtuned as fuck because even minor CC can stop his engage.

What? His Health Regen is only on his passive. HIs Ultimate makes his auto attacks deal extra magic damage that splashes between targets.
You guys are saying stop his gap closer but hes a tank with 4k health and can kill almost everything. you can't lane against him you guys need to 4v1 him to kill him
CC his gap-closer, keep him from getting AAs off on you, and he can't do anything.
