Let me hear you're opinions about bans

Lets talk about bans. I personally think if a person TALKS too much they they should not be banned. maybe silenced or have reduced chat privlages (All chat gone etc) but being banned for chatting is kind of stupid when you win most of your games. I personally think the tribunal or whatever the new system is should be split into two teams, one that reads the logs of EACH player and one that see's the in game actions. In game actions should justify a ban but at the same time i don't know any major game company that just BANS players who waste tons of money just for speaking badly, I.E street fighter, minecraft or call of duty (even though i don't play COD)

One game i was playing in my bronze 2 promos and we had a trundle jg. Everything was going smoothly untill we realized the whole enemy team was on skype and none of us knew each other. I just muted everyone and continued to play like a normal person untill suddenly my team turns against me. I know arguing is not the way to go but i argued back trying to tell them to play and told trundle to actually help in team fights instead of farming the jungle. We managed to get 3 kills and our minions were at a top turret so i decide to tp so we could get an inhibitor. out of nowhere in the middle of my tp trundle places an ice pillar under me. i run to the top lane but its too late as i get 5 man ganked and die. At this point i raged so hard and just stop playing. I was on a team with a troll on the enemy team was all on 5 way queue and on skype so what the hell was i suppost to do? be happy about it?! my team was completely horrible which i didn't try to flame then they ALL come at me while trundle STOPS MY TELEPORT AND DANCES! I was immediately banned after the game for cursing them out but i deffinetly think that riot should change the system. This is a competetive game where you are trying to get objectives. CHANGE THE QUEUEING SYSTEM FOR THE LOVE OF GOD ITS EXTREMELY UNFAIR and if somebody trolls that hard like trundle they should be banned.

This did not happen on this account this was a while back. let me hear you're opinions. i personally think if a player is in gold and spent a lot of money on the game (100+ dollars) they should not be banned just for cursing someone out. we all have our bad games. Look at videogamedunkey ffs (of course you would bring him up says all of you) but its the truth. he was funny entertaining and introduced myself and a friend to the game. hearing he was banned because people were purpose feeding makes no sense especially when you are in you're damn promos and are playing to win, and get put with trolls.
