I got placed into a game with diamond / gold smurfs on skype and they admitied it.

Think about the noobies who solo queue cmon riot..

There isn't really a good way to deal with smurfs. I don't see much of a way of preventing a high elo player from creating a new account and playing with newbies.

Of course your situation isn't really with newbies, but it suffers from the same problems in terms of fixing it.

It's not against the ToS and Riot makes money off of it. ><

Fix doesn't mean ban, in this case it means getting the summoner into the tier they belong.

They shouldn't be ban by any means but if their whole team is lvl 30 and we are just like 20 where is the balance at? cmon riot. I thnk teams without queues should get a diamond or gold player thrown in to make it balanced.

So you mean accelerating the rank up. This could happen but many popular streamers and you-tubers smurf and use this as a series. Even then, you can just tank your mmr in promos to get placed lower.
