Should Brutalizer come back?
I think it should. characters like riven and other top laners who aren't fiora, fall off really hard against tanks like malphite or trundle. or at least another armor penetrating item.

I miss it mainly because nothing feels like a powerspike on riven anymore. No item gives a noticable boost of power as much as brutalizer once did. Now she feels clunky
AD champs don't need ANOTHER overloaded tier two item. AD, CDR and armor pen.
It's best as it is now, where it's split between two items
