Is URF ever going to be in the game rotation again? It was in like twice and now it's not there anymore. I miss it! It's so much better than hexakill.

I know why~ Sona's new Passive grants her up to 40% CDR on her Q/W/E abilities, and when you add that to the 80% in URF that's more than 100%...going off of 100% that means there's no cooldown at all and she could spam as much as she wants to. Espeically since mana loss is nonexistent in URF. Even now when they reduced her Passive's CDR, you still get 25% at Rank 2 so...yeah. EDIT: When I think about it, doesn't URF negate CDR though? Would that spread to Ability Passives as well? If it already did that for Yasuo's Q (get CDR for it based on AS), then it might do it for Sona.
