Cait Bug

When playing Caitlyn her q doesn't damage enemy champions. It'll damage minions, but when it hits champs it does nothing. her R sometimes has the same affect, sometimes working and sometimes not. This occurred when I was in a ranked game, using lunar wraith Cait
