Does anyone else think it looks like complete garbage? I mean, his current one isn't any better, but this doesn't really look like it will change anything... It will only make it harder to manage properly because now you have to manually activate it.

Renascent1 votesEver since they made his passive not global range, he could only boost the champions that are with him in lane; Champs in other lanes miss out on the bonus exp.
With this new passive, he can grant exp to champs that scale really well with levels 
It's a nice concept, but it's going to be extremely difficult to balance just right.
