If you increased it's actual missile SPEED. I have no problem aiming them but they travel so slowly anyone can dodge them if you're going for the high damage range. If you're going for the low damage range, sure, you can hit them easier, but you'll do little damage overall. I feel like it would help her out a lot.

The punishment is too great when it's your only way to get close or deal damage as a jungler.
