Any plans for Jax?

While I do love Jax's kit and have some fond memories of performing counterstrike/leapingstrike/wardjump outplays that feel incredibly satisfying when you pull them off, his kit could do with getting a tad more versatility added to it. By updating his gameplay mechanics, perhaps we could make him more viable while circumventing direct number adjustments?

As for the kit itself:

It's not bad that it's simplistic per se, but in a game where champions are becoming increasingly generalistic or increasingly specialized, Jax also needs his fair share of that pie, Jax's trademark is dueling/skirmishing, or at least, it used to be, how about we make him actually good at it?

i like his kit, his hybrid nature allows for some flexibility in builds.

some like duelist/tank shredding late game murderer, i however am fond of the "nuke everything into orbit" AP Jax

He should also be rebuilt in the name of Counterplay Windows.

There should be range indicators flashing everywhere for people to know the exact range of his jump, there should be a forced delay of 2.5 seconds before he can jump.

He should have to pay 10% of his health to launch his ultimate. The stun should be changed so that its every third cast as opposed to every cast, because its too oppressive in lane and too much of a stats check.
