Is there anyone that enjoys laning against caitlyn?

With her high safety, high range, quickly arming hard cc traps, soft cc, endless headhshots rewarding her for both passive agressive play, mobility, huge zoning capabilites, huge anti-zoning capabilites, early game bully, lategame monster with no meaningful weakness, is there anyone who enjoys laning against this toxic as fuck champ? Can you please tell me because I really wanna know.

Edit: To clarify, I think Cait is unessesarily frustrating to lane against and should somehow be made healthier eg. less frustrating in lane. This is not about nerfing Caitlyn to uselessness.

Caitlyn has plenty of counterplay. Don't step on her traps. Allies can block her ultimate for you. Her Q is a skillshot that can be avoided. Her net is a skillshot that can be avoided. Her range/headshots are about the only thing that can't be countered but she typically will lose duels if you can hard engage on her as her net doesn't give her that much mobility esp if she's already snared and her midgame is quite weak unless she destroys in lane and gets way ahead early.

Cait is a fine champ she is designed to have pretty much no weakness outside human error and a few broken champs that can get on top of her with no counterplay like Mao/Camille you know these type of you cant do shit if press my buttons on you and she has no weak points considering her early game is pretty safe with low risk and she has the abiltiy to escape ganks her midgame is fine with Runnas/IE and her late game ofc she becomes such a good draintank that Aatrox sits at a corner and cries when he see's her picked. But you know she takes a lot of skill to pull off consistently i'll have you know pressing mouse button 2 is really hard job for the average league pleb. i dropped my kappa

1.supports dont play tanks. 2.adcs go in the frontline on bot 3.caitlyn e-q-aa the enemy adc 4.enemy adc loses almost half hp from the combo 5.enemy adc loses duel 6.complains about caitlyn being op. -boards in a nutshell- if you want to counter caitlyn pick a tank support.

I enjoy laning against her as nautilus. On of his best matchups actually. She has such long animations that Qing her is easy and the follow up AA stun will stop her for a moment at the end of her E animation so you can catch up.

It is out of lane that I find her annoying.

Caitlyn is kinda fine as she builds crit and is not relevant in mid game but her passive procing with hurricane make her hurt a lot in late game

I mean, sure - Cait does those things if she is played by a skilled player, but that goes for every champion. I'd get frustrated playing against a skilled Urgot.

Compared to all the Varuses & Jhins lately, yes, god yes I love laning against cait atm. No 1k range 50% hp poke, no ultimate that engages a gank from behind her 2nd turret, sign me up baby. Getting a little bullied in lane until level 8 is far less frustrating then Varus dealing 50% of your max health points every 2 seconds, or a Jhin ulting and ensuring a kill with just his R + jungle assistance :p

To be honest, I go up against and play with people have no idea how to play Caitlyn more than I get experienced Caitlyn players in my game. Caitlyn can be busted, but that's only if you're into setting down traps every 5 seconds over and over again. Some people just suck with traps. Like when I go up against a good Caitlyn, yeah it's pretty annoying, but when I go up against a experienced Caitlyn (8/10 games), It's literally just free kills. Her dash is easy to cancle and most of my supports know how to do it, her traps are pretty easy to avoid. Even the good Caitlyns will get destroyed if your jungler knows how to gank. Varus and Ziggs are better options than Caitlyn now to be honest.

No I ban her quite often when I'm supporting (which is almost always).

Though her lane phase is arguably one of the strongest, I tend to find she falls off later.

I ike laying against Caitlyn, but I'm a Blitz support main, so she has to get into rocket grab range to shoot me. I'm sure it's pretty frustrating for my partners.

Literally just play like any fucking Tank support. If you have a team full of Assassins and a squishy AP/Healer support she is literally going to have a field day.

It's like when people bitch about them dying against Annie all the time as a Yasuo/Zed/Katarina/Leblanc/Kha or Rengar when that is LITERALLY what she is designed for.

Her Q is a targetted Stun, her W is short ranged burst, her E is to survive burst so she can counter burst with her Ultimate.

If you're struggling against Caitlyn, you don't have a tank. If you're struggling against Annie, you're not playing a pokey mage.
