Volibear can literally one shot juggernauts under tower. Mundo's Q has a 2 second cooldown and can 3 shot you. Nunu can go 0/2 and one shot juggernauts while stunning and slowing an entire team. Malphite builds assassin and assassinates you.

Riot, if your balance team is ACTUALLY trying to balance the game they are truly fucking shameful human beings that should be cleaning fucking toilets not using their minds.

Volibear can one shot juggernauts? He IS A juggernaut so youre saying Volibear can one-shot himself? Interesting. Mundo is also a juggernaut, not a tank, by the way. Malphite builds like a Burst Mage, plays like a Burst Mage, and gets kills like a Burst mage (aka by pressing R at max range and then mashing the keyboard). AP Malphite is not a tank anymore than Frozen Heart rush Pyke is an assassin or AP Kennen is a Marksman. (Notable exception; Full tank build Veigar is still a burst/zone mage. Lulpassive)

Theyre probably talking about the JAG v APK game last night. Volibear level 2 stacked up his passive and dove on Sylas and flash+Wd him after landing like 4-5 autos while having Press the Attack. Gross misrepresentation of what actually happened

You are correct, if you're playing a jugg like Garen and you're afk for the first 15 minutes of the match, the enemy voli can probably 1 shot you under tower with the right items.

You're right, Mundo can 3 shot you... if again you've been afk for the first 15 minutes of the match, he maxed Q, and built magic pen.

You're right, an 0/2 Nunu can one shot juggernauts... if said nunu has been building full damage and the juggernaut has been afk for the first 25 minutes of the game. And he can stun whole teams... if they all stand in the exact same spot and don't try to dodge his snowball.

As for malphite, I mean, yeah he can build ap/ magic pen and possible assassinate an adc, but if he does that he's not exactly a tank anymore, he'd be pretty squishy.

Id love to see it happen even in that case being that, well, Mundo's cleaver deals % current health damage so the lower your health the less damage it does. 30% Current health x3 = 90% damage except for the diminishing returns so if youre full HP, 3 cleavers is still gonna be (30 + 21 + 15%) = ~66% max HP assuming you have more than 848.5 HP and 0 MR and also no natural HP regen.

Mundo's cleaver has a minimum damage it can deal, though. At max rank it deals at least 280 magic damage. Most champs have between 500 and 600 hp level 1, meaning with enough magic pen Mundo could indeed kill you with 3 cleavers if you were level 1 and he had max rank q. He probably doesn't even need that much magic pen tbh, sorc shoes is probably enough.
