I like the new Garen Rework
I already got a pentakill, and it was my first game with him since the rework. Please add On-Hit damage for more build diversity, though. Other than that, this is an excellent rework XD. Another thing you could do is nerf base AD and MR even more on his W, but add scaling armor and MR with W for those who build tank stats (similar to how Aftershock would calculate how much armor and magic resist you get). It would be nice to have close to 50 armor and magic resist if you build armor and magic resist items, but something as low as, say 15, if you went with an HP, Damage, Attack Speed Build. If the W had base armor and magic resist plus scaling armor and magic resist, it could be tuned just like his E for various build paths.
