What in the hell is going on?

Armor nerfs + Zed buffs, Leesin buffs. Refusing a sandbox mode that literally everyone who plays league wants. Kicking morde in the nuts, and still no chromas for IP.

....Is it bad that EA and Activision are starting to have competition?

randuins actually got a net buff as it looks. im pleased.

it lost like 10 armor, and got a little bit more expensive but it will also reduce critical strike damage by 10%. in combination with items like tabi, thats actually pretty awesome.

theyre also adding dead mans plate to the rift. im stoked about that change.

if anything it didn't move, def didn't get a buff. facing champs like lee, talon riven who aren't itemizing crit isn't going to do you much good. and even if they do get say ghostblade it won't be a big portion of their damage. that 10% pretty much accounts for the 100 hp you'll now be down by. at least the hp helped when you're build lack other hp items to help you survive against magic resist. this is why i get randuins often times. for the effective health. imo 400 is a bit much, 450 would be more acceptable. with say 7 or 8% crit resist.

Speaking of which i'd like to have something like this for guardian angel this is the sort of magic resist buff item we need: http://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/gameplay-balance/08jKTAsZ-guardian-angel-diversity

i'd be okay with a 400hp randuins if this hp option could be added to zzrot/ga. That way i can supplant the hp nerf to randuins. i'd likely get Option 3: 30 ARMOR, 50 MR, 150 hp GA

lee, riven and talon deal significantly less damage to tanks and bruisers than a lategame adc. theyre doing a lot of damage yes, but what blows up tanks way too fast past 30 minutes are adc with infinity edge, last whisper and bork in their inventory.

those 3 champions are mostly problems for squishies and they will prioritize squishies in fights and not the guy with the randuins anyways.

i rather take a little bit more damage from the guy who has to fight me in melee, than getting blown up by jinx rocket crits from 700 range.

also, dead mans plate. right now there are 2 big health/armor options together with sunfire. with this items we will get a third, which will offset the nerf on randuins. we will still have the option to get a lot of health and armor when we need it.

the as slow already counters adcs tho. its also op vs ashe imo. its not the right way to go about handling full crit champions like trynd/yas/ashe. this would be a better approach the formula could be such that no one can exceed 2 in 3 chance to crit. however having over 66.66% crit chance would still increase your damage just a bit less so. but at least now you can balance these champions accordingly. i'd rather be able to buff them and always worry about them.

i think riot is going about this too polarized. i think something a bit more subtle would be in order. i'd give it 50 hp and 5% crit mitigation for starters so as to not temper with things too much. i'm not against change, its just weve had a lot of late and need to find a bit of settling, look thing through and through a bit more.

k its comforting to see we can get hp from elsewhere to compensate. I still liked to get it on randuins though. since it offered a slow. likely just get exhaust instead or a slow active elsewhere. on many builds that i'd get randuins there's often times no other space for another hp item. so also getting either sunfire or deadmans wouldn't be an option

I'd also like to propose, 1st dragons gives gold (flat amount of say 150 global + 50 to whoever kills it), 3rd dragon gives ( 2% ad&ap,2%armor&Mr and 2.5% movement speed. ) or inverse
3% ad/ap, 3%armor/mr first drag, 3rd = 150 gold 50 to last hit and 2% ms.

this would help with resistances imo. help depolarize the game ever so slightly.

posting this here somewhat relevant, this is the fix we need imo

this isnt just about ashe. every adc builds a lot of crit. and they all deal too much damage to tanks in the very lategame right now. to a point where its outright silly.
