Not really. It will shred ~30 armor less thain in live. And honestly, is 15% that much? I mean, if you deal 500 DMG, you get 75 bonus DMG

you think it's not a lot? let's say the enemy attacked you 10 time, he will do 750 more damage just because riot decided to put this item. this is retarded

Maybe, but you already toke 5000 DMG. Compared to that, 750 is not that much

true, but in the case of 200 damage, the adc will deal 30 more damage, if you have 3000 hp and he attacked you 10 times, you will take 300 more damage which is 10% of your hp. is it a lot or not? i'm sure it can make a big difference

The roughly 25-30 armor that the item is no longer penetrating actually compensates almost exactly in that situation, since 25-30 armor equates to 750-900 effective health for a 3000 HP individual.

If anything, the new giant slayer passive is just a way of compensating for the shift from flat penetration to bonus penetration.

True, that 10% CAN make a difference. But LW lost total armor shred and got bonus armor shred. So, basicly, total DMG stays the same.

Its the same amount Deathfire Grasp increased your Magic-DMG. You know, the unbalanceable Item which got removed.

thought DFG was 20% but it doesn't matter it had a cd

wow MB

Mixed up the numbers. xD Sure: 15% HP DMG + 20%DMG Amp. Still the Idea stays the same, every ADC can run around with a permanent AD-DFG - that sounds like... fun - I guess. x'D

I didn't say it's late game DMG or it's ADC. But let's say it is. That's what? 1000 DMG. You get 150 bonus DMG. I mean, it is nice bonus, but not as strong as it seems by looking at sheer %.

Both of the last whisper upgrades will most definitely get nerfed once everyone realizes how stupid they are.

Not really. 3000 health is a reasonable amount for a tank. 200 bonus armour? About 85 base armour? With the old LW the effective health against physical damage is 8558 health.

With the new last whisper it is 9150

Now, imagine a constant source of 1000 physical damage per second. With the old last whisper and this damage alone it would take 8.558 seconds to kill the tank.

With the new last whisper, that damage is increased by 15%, so 1150 damage per second. It now takes 7.957 seconds.

It is a change, just not that big.

Time to get good at the game instead of relying on sheer tankyness to survive fights.

You're not meant to tank against the AD carry.
