I don't think ekkos problem is in his damage.

his kit. is just plain. too much mobility for him. and cc for enemies. hes still too strong as a tank. and even stronger as an ap. the thing is they can't give him the burst of fizz or leblanc because then it will be a problem where he has much more utility than both of them. hes not an assassin hes i'd say a diver or fighter that has too much slows and cc and speed ups. hes still too nasty anywhere you put him. sorry but a champion that has 58% winrate isn't gonna be fixed with that sorry ass nerf you put on the pbe.

Make his CC scale with AP, only reaching its current values if he builds 300-400 AP. There, tank Ekko is dead.

yeah. i just don't understand his kit personally. especially his Q. hes a hyper mobile assassin. at least supposedly. why does he have an aoe slow/damage orb flying around.

Replace it with an ability that reverses all damage and cooldowns to everyone in the last 0.1/0.2/0.3/0.4/0.5 +(Some ap scaling) seconds. The aoe that it does so will be tiny. To reverse damage you need to be on top of the person who damaged you.

There, that makes more sense with his kit.
