A radical idea for MF

After seeing the MF changes and not liking them, I had an interesting thought.

Move MF's Q to her passive and reduce the ricochet damage. Then make her old W passive her new Q. Now give the Q a new active which empowers the passive and hits everything in a line as well as giving it boosted Q passive damage to everything hit. Rename it to Over Penetrate.
