Going Against Large Pre-Mades

I think the largest problem in match making is large premades. Going against a 4 or 5 man premade solo or even as a duo puts your whole team at a disadvantage and I think it's very unfair. People shouldn't have to face a 5 man who's communication is most likely much better and the very likely possibility that there will be camping of a single lane. It almost toxic when I'm going ADC and the whole enemy team randomly comes in and tower dives multiple times in a game. There has to be some way for Riot to make match making only queue 4 mans and up with other premades of similar size.
