So you just don't understand the joke or something? Does he need to put a Kappa in front of the "Riot didn't like me mentioning the competition's name lol" part? Cuz the only reason I could see a reason for you needing to tell him it's not true is if he were trying to actually pass it off as true, which it is obvious to most people (I say most, because it's apparently not obvious to you) that he's not trying to pass it off as true. The only reason he said that is for comedic effect.

So, once more, relevant. Sarcasm, as your original comment isn't relevant for a meme. Need to explain it to you, so you know I don't actually believe your comment was relevant.
