Four Man Pre-Made Gets Me Perma-Banned

I have been in the past, quite toxic and have taken the punishments. Through the suspensions I have slowly begun to reform. I was unlocking my honor back and was on checkpoint 2/3. I had a game of URF where the enemy team instantly began flaming me and calling me racist for no reason. Around 5 minutes into the game, the enemy Pyke all chatted that they were four man reporting me for racism and I promptly got perma-banned after the game ended. This was a real shock as I barely said anything toxic all game and definitely nothing even remotely racist. This is the account I have been playing for four years so its terrible to have lost it. I have been trying to reform, and thought I was on a good path with unlocking checkpoints and getting honors. But when an unfair punishment like this happens it really makes it hard to. I would love to hear your feedback on the logs I will leave below, and since it's only my chat I will add some context in. I have submitted a ticket and am hoping that after reading this they might revoke the ban, but I really don't know. Please let me know what you guys think (This is the only game that was on my ban list thing). Anyways, a 4-man calling you thrash and simply reporting will not get you punished. Your actions will.

Did you know that the system punishes people based on consistency x severity?

Did you also know that calling for reports is typically considered as a harassment and can get you punished over many games?

Did you also know that there is no need to call for reports, as 1 report does the same thing as 9 reports. All it does is flag the system to check the game for toxicity. The answer the system returns is the same regardless how many reports were recieved in that same game.

Finally, did you know the only context that matters is whether you used chat to harass or insult others? Regardless of why you choose to use those words, your intent was to harass others.

I got permad for calling someone a loser. Riot has hit the point where they have decided to take a zero-tolerance policy against anything even remotely negative. The special snow flakes have won LOL its a lost cause.

So here’s the thing - you had a 14 day ban sometime recently - I can’t see exactly when (because your gaps in play sometimes are more than 2 weeks, and I doubt you got banned multiple times within a couple months), but it seems to have been no more than a month or two ago.

That ban was your final warning that negativity and harassment will result in further punishment on your account. This entire game had you insulting and harassing your teammates. I get that they may have “started it” but that doesn’t make it okay and it’s not an excuse for you to do the same sort of thing. Toxicity is not okay, no matter who did it first or who was “worse”.

If you had a clean account with no prior toxicity, this game likely wouldn’t have even given you a chat restriction (on its own). However, you were warned that you needed to be on your best behavior, and if this is your best, then it’s clear you didn’t change your attitude.

Riot knows this is a problem yet does nothing about it. Ever ban I've gotten was from a 4 man where one of them was the one flaming me, instigated a response from me, then they all reported me falsely. Ignoring this is more lucrative for riot so good luck ever seeing this get fixed.

I was actually his duo partner for the game and I could confirm. We went to bot lane and after he killed them they started being negative towards him which, as we like to do, we went along with it. After a while it devolved into the enemy team calling us trash and I bantered back with them, he was just responding to what they're saying, which you can't really get because it only shows one side of what happened. The fact that merely responding to a toxic player can get you reported by their toxic 4 man and get you banned is utterly absurd. We both started playing together at the beginning of season 5 and only really ever play the game together, so if this has to be the end of that, then what a sad ending it is.

I've seen people use slurs and actually flame our team in game while not getting punished for it. This is literally just banter between him and the other team. Honestly it's pretty tame and not nearly enough reason for a ban IMO.
