Light Binding (Q) damage increased from 50/100/150/200/250 to 70/120/170/220/270 mana cost lowered from 50/55/60/65/70 to 40/45/50/55/60

Prismatic Barrier (W) mana cost lowered from 60 at all ranks to 50 at all ranks [Effect Changed] Return shield now always does 2x the base shield amount [no longer needs to hit an ally on the way out] "Lux now shields herself and fires the missile at start of cast (instead of after the .25 seconds cast time)"

Love them.

Lux's issue stems from the lack of potential in her other abilities, not because she can't R. We shouldn't make her an R bot

They should just buff her waveclear imo, barely even oneshots casters without ludens which is fucking horrible

No. Her E is very oppressive if they don't address it right and has fine scaling. Already chunks you late game

Can't since Gragas is tanky and can be upfront with it so he risks missing less. Lux is squishy and has to try to be safe.

She'll remain useless at higher tiers of play then. She relies way too much on her Q in order to land her combo, and its a slow projectile blocked by minions

I feel it would be appropriate to make her E damage charge up instead of just being meh damage that doesnt even clear minion waves. Wave clear just plays such a big role, and lux' waveclear: it honestly sucks when you see other champions starting to oneshot minion waves at level 8ish, where as lux at some point can do that, but eventually loses the ability to do so

Lux needs a better passive. She's supposed to catch people from mid-to-long range and nuke them with a spell rotation. This makes her passive out of place on her kit. Obviously useful for cs'ing, so that would need to get looked at too; however, her ult is more in line with a closer ranged champ like lissandra or ahri.
