My opinion on the new fiora

her new kit is realy good

i managed to both destroy and suck with her which was based mainly of my own performance

but there are some things to popin out New fiora ... is SLUGGISH AS FK

in the early game her q cd is justified ... but in late game i actualy found myself stacking tonns of cdr just to be able to live with my kit her w is total bs ... you cast it and enemy starts running away from you ... they usualy outrun the projectile also the cooldown on that thing is too high ... new fiora has her power rather evenly distributed across all of her skill ... so that riposte is important her movement sped boost will rarely allow her to outrun and pop a vital on her enemy ... assuming they attempt to deny it from you

Next thing her playstyle in lane is handicapped she usess q to pop a vital and heal some hp ... then all minions aggro you and even the odds or make it fawourable trade for your enemy ... this needs some attention

i think that its the heal that needs a buff here ... making her q not cause minion aggro might just make her too safe considering that she is a kiting meele champion

owerall thats alll ... she is realy good ... just needs some fine tuning

good job on the rework ... i think that this one is high grade

edit: also the thing i forgot, the time before her wital disapears is very long ... i know that you can just walk away and reroll it ... but that makes you lose cs and exp ... the time that this vital stays is just too long in gameplay ... if you dont get the one you can easily activate you might be ofrced into a realy long time of inactivity
