Look at the couple wins before this. Pretty even, even a strong game where my team was the dominant one. Now look at this game in the link. 39/10 we lose. The enemy was GOD LIKE. Very clearly not Silver 3 level.

You have 3 champions over 20 games at less then 45% win rates.
Most of the enemy team has a pretty high # of games played, as did your team. The odds of a smurf in silver at 150-200 games is unlikely.
The enemy team has a Vayen who has lost 9 out of the last 10 games with beating you guys being her only recent win. That jayce loses games.
Take a look at context besides 1 single game. Understand that MM has no way to control your mid deciding to not play

Forced 50% is a stupid concept. MMR will result in getting players into a range they average 50%. Because MMR represents an averaged mean performance of wins and losses.
To force losses requires the system to be proactive... There's no guarantee the # of players online match the systems needs of "these 5 players need a loss this 5 need a win"
If it Riggs games why do folks climb and sink so goddam always?
Any Devious and dishonest gains you think riot can get from this could be accomplished very easy with out the extra steps of moving away from MMR. State what benefit riot gets and I am happy to walk you thru how to accomplish that end result with MMR or I will be blunt and tell you if its just a weak idea.
