That he was ok with the changes to his theme and kit

Riot Guinsoo was basically the guy who made 1/2 of the 40 original champs and more resulting in about 1/6 the total champions in the game

I get the CertainlyT makes Rito a lot of money with the champs he makes but why would you give a guy with no prior experience in the industry at all the job to change the work that Guinsoo one of the makers of basically DotA who is much more qualified at doing his job.

I also want to know who the hell hired him?

guinsoo used to be working on the fiora rework and what he was suggesting looked really promising, so riot scratched that and gave us another abomination by a designer i won't name

the heck you say, the Fiora that we have now basically follows what he exposed in those few messages he sent

Make the ulti feel like a blade waltz by allowing the player to effectively waltz, rather than having it done automatically. He tought about having a mass cd reduction but what was just a pitch
He tought about making the parry more powerful and more incisive, but having it stop movement. Players were all like "omg nonono" but looks that was done and implemented well.

dude, that was 3 years ago and probably he got hired even before that Q&A. Time more than enough to gather experience more than most of us all combined. Even guinsoo itself had shit experience when started, and he did in fact a lot of shit both here and in DotA ( along with great things). Also back at the time they were very very small, so they were less demanding than now.

I suggest you to pick a more solid reason before posting hate stuff.
