How to Balance Ryze.

Bring him back to a simple champion again and learn from the kat rework that champs with reset ability kits cant be balanced period. Remove Root and change it to some other passive ability that keeps him sorta gated until his late game. Give him another damage/utilty/stat ultimate and balance his other abilities and passive instead of a teleport. Lastly make him more of a mana mage again that was his original uniqueness that he didnt have crazy high ratio mr shred.

ps. bring back adam harrington as the voice actor and maybe rethink that ryze doesnt need to be impossible to play
