This champion used to have the best wave clear with his E, but right now early game is where his E doesn't even kill the backline leaving them with 10hp. talking about the upgraded E Can this champion get some quality life changes?

The thing is Viktor wave clear early game is rather weak, and why I want him to have a higher base movement speed is to be able to push the lane and Roam.

Increased MS is the kind of thing that would make mages cancerous to deal with for top lane, where they can inject themselves with relative ease into many melee matchups.
