How does this Graves change work?

E - Quickdraw TRUE GRIT CAP 4 stacks ⇒ 8 stacks LET’S SEE YOU GRIT THOSE TEETH Now gains 2 stacks of True Grit upon dashing towards an enemy champion RESISTS PER STACK 10/15/20/25/30 armor and magic resist ⇒ 5/7.5/10/12.5/15 armor and magic resist (max resists unchanged)

Do you still get 1 stack upon using e away from an enemy or not near an enemy? You should right?? Or else he would get no stacks at all while clearing jungle.

So it's just a weaker stack than before if you are kiting or far from enemies, meaning he has a bit less resists when you chase him down and for his jg clear. Correct?

-He has to dash more times to get the resists
-2 new dashes = 1 old dash 1 stack for running, 2 stacks for going toward yes , you are correct, idk about the clears though, couldn't you just dash toward the camp for 2 stacks instead of one? but I'm pretty sure you get a stack if you dash

It says enemy champion so i assume you just get 1 stack per dash in jungle?? If you actually get 1 dash far away from enemies at all. Which i guess you must or else why would they make it 2 stacks and 8 max if you couldnt get 1 at a time too
