Ignite buffs (no one will give up on teleport anyway)

Hello, I have thought of a buff to ignite that should not make it OP, but will help when choosing between ignite and teleport (let's be real, no one is gonna abandon tp just because of that cooldown nerf. It doesn't matter that much late game anyway)

New passive (noname) running towards the ignited enemy gives flat 40speed (+1 per level) cancels if any action other than running is performed (even consuming a health pot) also will be canceled by friendly champions using skills or item actives on you. and New passive (Thirst for blood) if the ignited enemy is not killed during the duration of ignite it gets 20% cooldown reduction (42seconds)

That way we have a better chance of killing the ignited enemy, but won't be able to abuse the speed bonus with something like Heca's E or Sivir's ult.

Also the cooldown reduction passive allows you to try and kill your enemy laner sooner if you don't succeed.

Why would we buff ignite (especially rewarding you if you fail it) The addition of the rift herald may help mitigate the TP meta since now there is an objection in top lane that is going to be contestable early game so if you do a tp play bot, now there top can do the herald with the jungler or maybe solo if strong enough and get a free buff to help them shove the lane

Now your asking for ignite buffs? Come on people there are other splls more diserving of buffs

Double TP isn't even good on SoloQ, atleast in bronze-gold. Nobody sets up the plays correctly and it requires a lot of communication to use.
