Vayne can not outrun an Janna with Talis

Vayne with item 3006, item 3046 & item 3094 can now outrun an Janna (item 3158, item 3050 & item 3060) with item 3069 activated. She doesn't even have to use item 3153. This makes me wondering this was intended.

when you say outrun do you mean running towards janna or away?

If Janna is running towards a Vayne running away, then Janna will probably win If Vayne is running towards a Janna running away, then Vayne should probably win
