When the skins are overpriced, why make Missions diffucult for Solo Players?

I don't like the fact that the cost of these skins are way overpriced. On top of that, you need premade games to complete "Missions." It feels like a total punch in the face for players who play League of Legends solo.

I also dislike having to have a 5-man premade. However, I can't agree that the skins are overpriced.
