Lee too?! oh wait, thats called a free week. Its when a champion is free. and people spike to play him, so its popularity increases.

I suck with him but one thing i will say is his damage is f*cking insanely high for his safety (if played correctly). Ill admit he requires skill but learning placement and how to AA with his Sand Soldiers is all you need to melt someone.
Fizz is at 44% win rate right now, dropping ~6%.
Is he overnerfed? You tell me. And apply the same logic to Azir too.
